As a life coach, the meaningfulness of my work is my top priority. I live this attitude 1:1 during our collaboration. I address you and your issues individually and only use methods that we think make sense for achieving your goals . You will receive tailor-made support and not a rigidly prescribed „standard program“.

The coaching is successful when one day you no longer “need” an appointment with me . That means: through my support you will initially receive “jump start” and I will gradually give you a personal “tool box” in our appointments . You can use this in the future – for dealing with your own challenges , solving problems and your goals

Your role as a coachee
As a coachee, you are already the expert on your issue . You have a high active share of speech and describe the details of your topic to me.
It all starts with your desire for change . You shape the coaching process openly, independently and actively. You specify the priorities and pace of the collaboration , define your goals , formulate your wishes and needs . You bring along the willingness for self-reflection and are open to constructive feedback.
With the help of our discussions and my interventions, you will develop the solution to your concerns yourself. You get help to help yourself .
My role as a coach
As a coach, I am first and foremost a neutral and trustworthy discussion partner.
I treat you with appreciation , respect and genuine interest in your concerns. I am an attentive listener , questioner , process designer and source of inspiration . You determine the focus of the conversation on your own responsibility – while I carefully read „between the lines“. In the overall context of your concern, I help to make the key levers on the way to realizing your goals visible to you . With targeted interventions , I encourage you to self-reflection and encourage you to do your ownbecome aware of resources .
In the course of the coaching process you will gain more clarity. Existing thought patterns and behavior become visible to you . You recognize alternative choices as I invite you to change perspectives on your concern. I accompany you in the development of solutions and focus on increasing your willingness and ability to change.
